What is Claim Handling?
Claims department is the place where our promise is converted to reality. For the purpose the department is well structured and equipped with qualified and experienced professionals who are serving our esteemed customers with utmost respect and empathy.
The claim can be requested by the insured or his representative at head office or any outline branches.
At the time of claim the insured should notify to the organization immediately through phone or by addressing the organizations through any nearest branch office.
For faster claim processing, it is essential that the claimant submits complete documentation as early as possible

Motor Accident
-Protect the vehicle form further loss.
-If the accident results in damages to other vehicle(s), Person(s), animal, or any other property:
-If you have received any communications, verbal or written, please inform us forwarding all letters etc, without replying thereto.
-Report the accident to a nearby police or any other similar government body immediately.
-Notify the accident to the head office of or any of its branches nearby immediately
-Present a police report
-Provide photocopies of driving license
-Provide photocopy of the ownership certificate of the vehicle
-Power of attorney (If necessary)
-Heirs testimony (certificate) (If necessary)
-Collect performa invoice for parts and labor from garages and/or suppliers of part
-Present repair estimation from the dealer (if the vehicle is new)
-Returning salvage items
-Settle the excess required under the policy
-Settle any contribution required in respect of replacement of new parts for old (if any)
-If the accident results in damages to other vehicle(s), Person(s), animal, or any other property:
- Note the registration number of the other vehicles(s) involved and tries to get copy of third party’s Insurance certificate and driving license
- Note the names and addresses of the person(s) injured.
- Note the damage to animals and/or other property.
- Ask the names and addresses of everybody else who involved including witnesses.

-Report the accident to a nearby police or any other similar government body immediately.
-Notify the accident to the head office of or any of its branches nearby immediately
-Present a police report

Burglary & House Breaking Insurance

Marine Accident

- Correspondence exchanged with carriers and/or other parties regarding their liability for the loss or damage.
