Medical Insurance
This policy provides cover for insured person & his/her family members in respect of medical expenses incurred for treatment resulting from sustained accidental bodily injury illness or disease during the period of insurance within Ethiopia. The medical product is designed to provide both inpatient and outpatient benefits. Additional benefits such as maternity, pregnancy checkup, dental and optical can be included priced separately. Principal members are eligible up to 65 years. The policy is yearly renewable. Children are eligible up to 21 years while students are eligible up to 25 years.
Basic Medical insurance cover
The purpose of this policy is to cover medical expenses incurred during the period of insurance. The medical expense limit can be extended as per the policy holder/insured per person per annual. This policy covers the insured against both natural and accidental illness based. The insurance cover remains active for one year and renewable annually for successive years.
Furthermore, the insured persons can get the medical service from any registered medical facility and get a reimbursement of medical expenses they incurred.

Dental
Dental insurance is a form of health insurance designed to pay a portion of the costs associated with dental care such as Dental consultation Anesthesia, Scaling of teeth with Root canal Treatment and Dental Filling and Replacements up to Limit birr for employee and their family members. These are to Be Covered by Basic Medical Cover.

Eye Glass Covers
This insurance benefit covers the cost of Lenses and frame Up to benefit limit per annual. The Eye glass expense limit can be extended as per the policy holder request as per employee per annual. This covers treatment and purchase of prescribed corrective Eyeglass and Frame expenses, Plano (non-corrective) eyeglasses and glasses shall be covered with this policy.

Pregnancy checkup and Maternity
It covers delivery expenses, which include the expenditure related to both normal and delivery. It covers caesarean expenses, pre-natal and post-natal care, routine support and advice tests, consultation and treatment during child birth, and management of pregnancy related completion including defect or abnormalities births. The pregnancy checkup and Maternity expense limit can be extended as per the policy holder request.

Pre-Need Funeral Expense Insurance
This is also called Burial insurance or final expense insurance with affordable premiums that helps cover the costs of an individual’s final arrangements, such as the memorial service, casket or urn, and burial or cremation. The company shall make payments towards these expenses subject to an overall limit per Employee
