This Policy is a decreasing term life assurance policy. It is a Mortgage Protection Assurance (MPA) policy issued to cover mortgage repayments in case of death of the Assured/Mortgage/Borrower to the beneficiary of the policy should the former die during the term stated in the policy. The policy can be issued on single and annual premium basis based on the loan term which can vary the policy term between 1 and 50 years and interest rates which vary between 3% to 25%. Minimum age at entry is 18 years and maximum age at entry is 65 years. This product can be issued for a group or individual. No benefits of any kind would be payable on survival.
